Refund policy

At Barakah Nutrition, we’re committed to providing exceptional quality and service — and that includes making your returns process as smooth and fair as possible. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • within 30 days of receiving your order
  • must be pre-approved — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@barakahnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Please place a return slip inside the parcel clearly stating your order number and reason for return. Omitting this may cause delays or prevent your refund.
  4. Send via tracked shipping to ensure the parcel arrives safely (we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages).

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note - Shipping fees and protection services are non-refundable.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send an email to contact@barakahnutrition.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item

We’ll resolve the issue quickly by arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
