How to take
How to take
Multi Collagen Protein: Take 1 level scoop (10g) daily and mix with any beverage, smoothie or yoghurt. Our unflavoured Multi Collagen formula dissolves quickly in hot or cold drinks, making it easy to include in your daily wellness routine.
Pure Strength Omega 3: Take 2 capsules daily with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.

Decent collagen, taste is not so great in water
